Subject: Prayer for repairing the damaged road.

Dear Sir,

We are the inhabitants/people of Ward No 3 of Basurhat Pourasova in Companigonj upazila. We have the honour to state that there goes a road through the locality. It is also a connecting road to district headquarters but it is in a precarious/hazardous condition. It has been badly damaged by the recent flood caused by heavy rainfall. The students, who attend schools and colleges and the people who go to Maijdee, face a lot of troubles when they go along the damaged road. Moreover, as the road is damaged with big holes here and there, water remains stagnant in the holes of the road. As a result, people often fall down in the holes and get drenched and injured. The movement of all vehicles in the road has already been stopped.  

Under the above circumstances, we earnestly pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to repair the road on a priority basis and lessen the sufferings of the people.
