Subject: Prayer for increasing common room facilities

Dear Sir,

With due respect we, the students of your school, would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that our common room is not well furnished. It is not providing us much scope of enjoyment and entertainment. We cannot enjoy our off period for want of indoor sports materials such as carom, chess, table tennis etc. There is no television set which is the most common source of entertainment. It is not only entertaining but also instructive. The students can see the whole world on the TV screen and can learn many things of the modern world.

Moreover, there is no arrangement of keeping more dailies, magazines, and periodicals. All these are part and parcel of a common room. But we are deprived of all these facilities.

Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honor would be kind enough to take all necessary steps to increase library facilities and give us a chance to keep pace with the modern world.

Dear Sir,

We, the students of your school, have the honour to state that our common room is not well furnished. We cannot enjoy our off period for want of indoor sports materials such as carom, chess, table tennis etc. There is no arrangement of keeping more dailies, magazines, periodicals etc. which are part and parcel for us. So, we are deprived of all these things.

May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to increase  common room facilities.
