Rahim: I am going there to play football.

Karim: I see. How many kinds of physical exercise?

Rahim: There are many kinds of physical exercises such as walking, swimming, running, cycling, rowing, riding, gymnastics, etc. Football, cricket, hockey, badminton, etc., are also a good form of physical exercise. 

Karim: I see. Can you tell me when is the best time for physical exercise?

Rahim: Morning and afternoon are the best time for physical exercise. We should take physical exercise in the open air.
